Representation in the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation
The recourse to the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation has a set of features that should be taken into account. That is why it would be quite reasonable to apply to a lawyer, first of all in order to comply with all the requirements for the text of the claim to the Constitutional Court.
Thus, the essential requirements are provided by Article 37 of the Federal Constitutional Law as of 21 July 1994 N1-FKZ On the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation (the FKZ as of 21 July 1994 hereafter). According to Article 5 of the FKZ, the main principles of the activity of the Russian Constitutional Court are independence, collegiality, publicness, competition and equality of the parties.
